Where is Elite Storage located?
Elite Storage is located at 1495 Douglas Drive, 2203 Woodland Ave and 3303 Hawkins Ave in Sanford, NC 27330. We also have a location in Greensboro at 208-G Tiger Ln.
What are the office hours?
Our Douglas Drive facility is open Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Saturdays from 9:00AM to 3:00PM and we’re closed on Sundays.
The Woodland Avenue facility is open Monday through Friday from 11:00AM to 4:00PM. We’re closed Saturdays and Sundays. Feel free to schedule an appointment for other times.
When can I access my unit?
7 days a week, 365 days a year from 6:00AM to 8:00PM.
How do I pay my storage bill?
Pay your storage bill online right here on our website using a debit or credit card.
Are the facilities safe and secure?
Of course. Along with customer service, safety is very important to us. Each facility is fenced, gated and under 24 hour video surveillance.
Can I purchase boxes and other packing supplies?
Yes. We have bubble wrap, tape, boxes in various sizes, and much more to help you out throughout your move.
Do I need to rent a climate controlled unit?
It depends on what items you plan to store and how long you need a space. For long-term storage, climate controlled will be a great option to avoid any damage from hot and cold temperatures, humidity and several other harmful outdoor elements.
